Our Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from us!
If you have questions or need help with something, email us at: email@example.com. We’re happy to do what we can to help.
But we also know that stuff happens, minds change, circumstances change, or sometimes you’re just not satisfied with something you bought.
For downloadable products and courses, and live courses and programs:
Generally, you have 30 days from your date of purchase (unless specified otherwise) to request a refund if you are not 100% satisfied.
Simply send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us what you bought, when you bought it, and that you’d like a refund. We’d appreciate knowing why you want a refund, but that’s not required.
We will promptly process a full refund if it’s within 30 days of your purchase (or as specified for that particular product, course or program).
Usually, the refund credit will go back to the payment method you used for the purchase. Upon refund, your access to the course or program materials will be revoked.
If you’d like to credit your purchase toward the purchase of something else from us, just let us know. We can usually accommodate that.
For readings and coaching:
Readings and coaching calls are private, personalized sessions and are not eligible for refunds.
However, we want to you to be happy so please let us know if there is an issue and we’ll work with you to try to resolve it.
We know the purchase of a reading or coaching package is a significant investment in yourself. Finding the right practitioner that you feel comfortable with is of top importance.

Then you’ll receive an email with a link to my online calendar so you can make your appointment. Just to be clear, THIS IS NOT A READING SESSION, it’s just a call to get to know each other a little, and to help you decide on your purchase.
